Transor’s Coolant Oils
Our coolant oils are formulated to work most effictively with Transor’s Filtration units.
TG250 Mineral Oil:
TG250 is a mineral oil-based product developed by TRANSOR with decades of successful tracking record with customers. It has very good lubricity, heat dissipation, and sewage carrying capacity. A cost-effective grinding oil with high qualities, suitable for carbide grinding.
● Colorless, odorless, almost smokeless
● Easy to operate, no skin irritation
● Viscosity: 4.3~4.6cSt@40°C
● Flash Point: 135~140°C.
EXP Synthetic Oil:
Fully synthetic oil composed of molecular chains of the same structure, with the advantages of superior lubricating performance, stronger heat dissipation, and stronger ability to carry and discharge pollutants. Suitable for high precision machining and grinding of carbide, high-speed steel, ceramics and other steel parts.
● Colorless, odorless, almost smokeless
● Easy to operate, no skin irritation
● Viscosity: 5.2~5.6cSt@40°C
● Flash Point: 175~180°C
EVN Vegetable Based Oil:
EVN’s “Environmentally Friendly” oil is vegetable based, unlike most grinding oils that are petroleum based. Completely biodegradable EVN oil has a flash point up to 200 oC (392 oF), which meets some countries’ highest safety regulations. It also improves machining flushing efficiency with up to 30% less evaporation.

● Viscosity: 5.4cSt@40°C
● Flash Point: 200°C
US1 EDM Dielectric Discharge Oil:
US-1 is a high-quality electrical discharge machining oil to be used as received. It is a premium dielectric discharge fluid meeting the requirements for insulation and controlled dielectric discharge during machining operations.
● Colorless, odorless, almost smokeless
● Easy to operate, no skin irritation
● Composition Cyclo-paraffins .0%
● Viscosity: 3.35cSt@40°C
● Flash Point: 115~120°C
Both the TransoGrind TG-250 and EXP are also available in “PLUS” formulation. The new “PLUS” designations reflect an additive package that makes each product ideal for demanding carbide, HSS and stainless-steel applications that require faster cycle times, reduced burn marks, and sharper edges on tools.
