Standard TRANSOR units are configured with a single filter vessel that provides up to 120 liter-per-minute clean oil supply, up to six-vessel systems that support multiple grinding machines for their precision filtration and cooling requirements.
TRANSOR filter systems can be installed on all OEM brands of tool grinders, wire EDM, single- and double-disc grinders, as well as many other precision machining applications.

New Design Features
Four new design features have been added to the TRANSOR units that improve the user-friendly interface and deliver an optimum degree of automation.
Easy-to-Use Touchscreen:
Integrated touch screen allows for better control over your filter with simple touches.
No Draining with Individual Filter Vessel
Backflushing:
All dirty oil and debris are flushed into the sludge handling device one vessel at a time without interruption of clean oil supply, reducing the risk of dirty oil mixing with the clean.
Sliding Chiller for Service Access:
Provides a stable thermal machining environment by keeping oil temperature as stable as to +/- 0.1 oC. The chiller can be moved to either side of the filter for unobstructed service access.
Automatic Dragout Protection Shut-Off:
The sludge-handling device will automatically shut off and send alarm for service if overloaded, preventing mechanical damages.
